Pumpkinfest is a long-standing tradition amidst the illuminated archways of the Moravian Tile Works in historical Doylestown that showcase eighteen area artists who carve out enormous 300 lb pumpkin squash. Carvers can spend up to six hours to sculpt, carve, and create their glowing works. This drug and alcohol-free countywide event offers live music, food trucks, and amusements. Many people may not realize that this enchanted event also supports and emphasizes the important message of ATOD ( Alcohol, Drug and tobacco and other drugs) prevention and is the culmination of CBSD’s Red Ribbon week, a national initiative that promotes the important message to students about being “drug-free”. All proceeds will go towards the continuation of the drug and alcohol initiatives and programs of CB Cares Educational Foundation. Twenty amazing artists, 20 giant pumpkins, $20 per carload.
